At The Human Bean, we want you to love every sip and every item. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help with a straightforward return or exchange process.

Return Process

    Check Eligibility

    Ensure your item is in its original packaging and was purchased within the last 30 days. Please note that for safety reasons, opened coffee beans and perishable food items cannot be returned.

  • 2.
    Contact Support

    Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  • 3.
    Package Your Item

    Securely pack the items in their original container and clearly write your RMA number on the outside of the box to ensure faster processing.

  • 4.
    Ship and Refund

    Send your package back to our distribution center. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement item within 5-7 business days.
